Nipsey Hussle Explains Selling New Mixtape For $100

Nipsey Hussle dropped Crenshaw this month, which is arguably one of the best mixtapes that’s come out in 2013 thus far.

The 21-song installment discloses Nipsey’s growth since his last few projects. Personally aware that Crenshaw boasts material that’s fitting for an album, he decided to sell 1,000 special limited edition copies of the mixtape for $100. Jay-Z ended up purchasing 100 copies of the limited edition mixtape.

In an interview with DJ Skee, Nipsey spoke about why he decided to sell a portion of the mixtapes for $100. He also touched on the various business endeavors he  has his hands in. Check out the interview below.
