Meridian, Mississippi native and Def Jam artist Big K.R.I.T. isn’t one of the artists you should sleep on.
Arguably one of the best rappers and producers representing the Southern region presently, K.R.I.T.‘s subject matter soars beyond the norm and so does his production. But the way he delivers his bars in a passionate fashion that you can’t help but pay attention to is what truly separates him from other spitters.
In my opinion, one of his most impressive installments isK.R.I.T. Wuz Here: a dope mixtape composed of stellar verses over all-original production that K.R.I.T. personally crafted. However, the Mississippi rhymer’s lyricism truly stands out on “Exhibit K,” which finds K.R.I.T. dropping rewind-worthy lines over the instrumental of Jay Electronica’s “Exhibit C.”
The track is unquestionably worth giving an ear. Check it out below.
