25-Minute HIIT Workout Requires No Weights

HASfit recently released a new HIIT workout that can be done without any weights and doesn’t take up too much time. The “25 minute Ignition HIIT workout” is formatted in Tabata-style (20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest). It’s designed to burn several hundred calories depending on the intensity that a person performs the workout. It’s suitable for both men and women. Check it out below.
