Boosie Badazz’s Thug Talk is the third album he’s released this year. More than that, it’s a reminder of why Boosie’s presence in hip-hop is essential.
With only a handful of features on Thug Talk, Boosie is able to single-handedly provide listeners with personal accounts of the confusion, bloodshed, and heartache that accompanies the life of a thug. And he manages to do so in a fashion that’s sonically refreshing.
