In less than 10 minutes, the workout enabled me to work every area of my core. It features two circuits of various exercises, including Russian twist, bicycles, hip raises, seated scissor kicks and a few more. For both circuits, you perform each exercise for 20 seconds.
Though I did the workout before running, this is definitely something good to do on its own, or incorporate into a full-body session. Also, the workout doesn’t require any equipment and can be done in the comfort of your home.
