Similar to what I do with my series A Few Dope Vibes, I’m going to start highlighting different songs (some new, others from the past) that I really like.
I’m kicking it off with Detroit artist Sweezee Don’s “Running up a Check.” Track one on his 2016 debut Till I Day, Sweezee rhymes about using his past struggles as motivation to secure the bag over a cold instrumental.
