Fans of N.W.A., one of rap’s most controversial, innovative and successful groups, can now look forward to viewing what influenced their music in an upcoming biopic.
In a recent interview with MTV News, Ice Cube revealed that production of the film, “Straight Outta Compton,” will be underway real soon. F. Gary Gray, the director of films like “Friday,” “Set It Off,” and “Law Abiding Citizen,” will direct the forthcoming biopic.
