Dr. Oz Talks Healthy Eating, Weight Loss, and Addiction

Mehmet Oz, popular cardiothoracic surgeon and host of “The Dr. Oz Show,” dropped some wisdom on eating healthy, losing weight, and overcoming addiction during an interview with The Breakfast Club.

Dr. Oz revealed what are some good foods/snacks to eat if a person desires to either lose weight or maintain a decent weight. He also touched on the number one cause of obesity, french fries, what a person’s bowel movement should sound like and their urine should look like, and what methods people can utilize to overcome an addiction.
