If you’re like me, you have highs and lows when it comes to working out. One week I may be consistently in the gym, eating healthy and sliding in bed at a decent hour. But then there’s other times when I have a heavy workload, I’m traveling, or I’m just not in the mood to exercise.
When I find myself in a slump, I try at-home workouts. They normally help me get back in the groove of things, and they can be incredibly effective. Sometimes, I create my own, but there’s countless at-home workouts on Google and YouTube that get the job done, too.
Below is a quick workout I found a while back while searching for effective ways to strengthen my core. At only 10 minutes and no equipment, it works your entire midsection. Check it out below!
