There’s many of us who are burdened with having “love handles,” or excess fat that sits on top of the obliques.
A part of the lower section of the abs, which is unquestionably one of the hardest areas of the body to impact from exercises, it’s challenging to rid that flabbiness in the oblique region of our torsos.
Aside from doing things like eating healthy (large amounts of fruits and veggies), drinking water, and incorporating lots or running, walking or bicycling into our daily routines, there’s also various exercises that can help decrease the excess fat at the sides of our waistlines.
