The long-awaited collaborative effort from Alchemist and Evidence (of Dilated Peoples) has finally come to fruition.
The duo, both respectable lyricists and producers, recently dropped their project Lord Steppington under their “Step Brothers” moniker. Over the course of 16 tracks, the two emcees mesh perfectly, but I think Alchemist shines brighter overall. The album’s features are also pretty dope, boasting the likes of Roc Marciano, Domo Genesis, Styles P, Action Bronson and a few others.
Lord Steppington is available on iTunes now. However, you can check out a live stream of it below. A couple tracks I’m feeling off the project are “Swimteam Rastas” and “See The Rich Man Play” featuring Roc Marci.
